I am Dr. Elisa Cruz, serving as the Principal at The Way Christian Academy (TWCA). My tenure with the institution and church commenced in 2018, marking six years of dedicated service. Throughout my professional journey, I have accumulated 27 years of experience in the field of education. My academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, a Master of Arts in Instructional Leadership, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. Beyond my professional endeavors, I find fulfillment in my role as a proud mother to two daughters and grandmother to three grandchildren.
